This is the nicest neck pillow I have ever owned. It comes with a drawstring storage bag which you can use to store and keep clean. It does have velvet like material on the outside of it which is soft and silky feeling. The inside is made of memory foam, and so comfortable. This is the best memory foam I have ever felt. It forms with my neck while using it for long car rides (I have also let my three year old use it in the car) as well as with my face while using it at home. Yes it really is that comfortable. I have taken several naps on this pillow. It has a cooling gel which keeps the pillow from absorbing your body heat and helps to keep the pillow cool. It does have a snap closure in the front which allows you to snap onto anything you have. It is very well made and I have not noticed any places that appear as if they would come apart easily. It fits around my neck perfectly without being to tight or to loose. This is something that you need. It is perfect in every way. The only thing I have found with this is that if you use it, you will fall asleep. I do every time. That's not a bad thing though! I would highly recommend this!! I was allowed to test this for my thoughts.
