I have tried the baby carriers that have the adjustable straps and clips instead of tie. They tend to dig into my shoulders and cause my back to hurt. When I was offered a chance to test this for my thoughts I decided to give it a go. I am happy to say that I am in love with this. This does tie around you, but it does not dig in anywhere nor does it pinch your skin. This does not cause back or shoulder pain while using. It provided a secure (if tied properly) support and hold on your baby. This does seem to be made with high quality material and is very well made. This is something I would recommend.
