I got this to hold my purse to the top of my luggage. It worked well for what I needed it for. It does a great job at holding my purse in place, which frees up one hand so I can hold my children's hands. It does seem to be both well made as well as durable. I have not noticed any places that appear as if they would rip or tear easily, but will updated my review if they do. Overall so far it works like it should. I was allowed to test this for my thoughts. I have included the link as well.
