These work really well. Every pair is trim to fit and can be adjusted down an additional two sizes.They do make your feet sit a little higher in your shoes so it takes so getting use to, but they are super comfortable. Once you do get use to them they do make your feet and back feel better if you walk, run, or stand for long peroids of time. I did have to trim mine as they were to long but like i said in the beging the can be trimmed to two sizes smaller. Once placed in your shoes they do not slide or move and can be transfered from one shoe to another. This is important to me because i have everyday shoes as well as dress shoes and running shoes. They fit perfectly into all three pairs and work amazingly in all as well. I was allowed to test these in exchange for my thoughts.
