This comes in handy! It comes deflated and is very easy to pump up. It took me about thirty seconds to have in fully inflated. It comes with the hand pump as well as a storage/ carrying bag. It is comfortable to sit on as a cushion, using as knee support while kneeling down. and while using to exercise. I have actually started working out recently, but I will be the first one to admit I have no strength in my arms at all. I can put my hands on this while doing push ups, and I am able to more.
